Dick McCarthy is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in the Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) industry, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Cohu, Inc. since July 2014. McCarthy has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Product Development focused on capital instrumentation and platform development, as well as Vice President of Mixed Signal Product Development at LTX-Credence. Additional experience includes positions as Director of MS Product Development at StepTech Inc., Chief Engineer and Electrical Engineer at LTX-Credence, and Test Engineer at Bosch. McCarthy began engineering career as a Coop part-time Jr. Engineer and earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northeastern University.
