Don Grant

Don Grant has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Don is currently working at Cohu, Inc. as the Director of Corporate Quality and Director Global Supply Chain. Previously, they worked at Knowles Precision Devices as the Plant Manager, where they led a team of 80 people and focused on increasing output and stabilizing delivery schedules. Prior to that, they were a Plant Manager at Mitsubishi Pure Chemical. Don also held leadership positions at NXP Semiconductors and Freescale Semiconductor, where they managed operations and led teams to industrialize test and qualify new products. Don has experience in implementing Lean manufacturing principles and improving quality, yield, and cost. Don's career in the semiconductor industry began at Motorola, where they managed engineering teams and played a crucial role in improving semiconductor test programs and probe hardware.

Don Grant graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
