Melissa E. is an experienced EDI specialist with a diverse background in electronic data interchange and business analysis. Currently serving as an EDI Specialist at Coilcraft, Inc. since January 2023, Melissa previously held significant roles at Kleinschmidt as a Business Analyst - EDI, and at PCA and The Chamberlain Group, Inc. as a Sr. EDI Systems Analyst. Throughout the career, Melissa has demonstrated expertise in EDI project management, communication setup, mapping, testing, and customer onboarding, alongside strong programming and analytical skills developed through positions at multiple companies, including Morton Salt, Pactiv Corporation, and GE Commercial Distribution Finance. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, both from DePaul University.
