Director Of Forest Operations at Coillte

Eamonn Kenny has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eamonn started their career in 1997 as a Production Manager at Tara Tissues Limited. Eamonn then worked at IBM as a Production Manager from 1999 to 2000. After that, they joined SCA Hygiene Products as a Plant Manager from 2000 to 2005.

In 2005, Kenny joined Coillte as the General Manager of Coillte Wood Products, where they served until 2010. Eamonn was then promoted to Head of Nurseries at Coillte, responsible for overseeing the transformation and profitability of the business division from 2010 to 2013.

Kenny moved to Medite Europe in 2013 as a Project Manager, leading a new product development project until 2017. Eamonn then returned to Coillte as the Group Strategic Projects Director from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Forest Operations at Coillte, where they are responsible for enhancing the productive capacity and environmental sustainability of the forest estate.

Eamonn Kenny obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Technology from the University of Limerick, completing their education from 1992 to 1996.
