Niamh Devlin currently serves as a Human Resources Administrator at Coillte since February 2023, following a maternity cover role in the same position at The Merrion Hotel in Dublin from March to December 2022. Prior to these roles, Niamh gained experience in hospitality management at Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa as an Assistant Lobby Lounge Manager and Food and Beverage Supervisor from August 2020 to March 2022, along with previous positions including Restaurant Supervisor at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club in March 2020, and various roles at Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa from November 2017 to March 2020. Additionally, Niamh's early experience includes working as a Barista at Killruddery in 2017. Niamh is currently pursuing a Diploma in Professional Human Resource Practice at the National College of Ireland, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from Technological University Dublin.
