Simone Tua

Simone Tua is a seasoned professional in development management and project execution, currently serving as Director of Development Management at COIMA since September 2021, leading the rejuvenation of Scalo di Porta Romana and Villaggio Olimpico di Porta Romana. Prior to this role, Simone held positions such as Senior Development Manager and Senior Project Manager at Renzo Tarchini Cantieri & Contratti SA, and as Head of TSH projects at MTDM, overseeing projects for The Student Hotel in various Italian cities. With extensive experience at Jacobs Engineering as a Senior Project and Construction Manager, Simone managed significant projects including the redevelopment of the Ex Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato and multiple Amazon logistics facilities. Earlier career tenure includes engineering roles at Società Italiana per Condotte d'acqua. Simone holds a degree in Geotecnologie from Politecnico di Torino.
