John Krisko is an accomplished scientist with significant expertise in molecular biology and cell therapy. As Principal Scientist at coIMMUNE, Inc. since February 2019, John directs a research group focused on developing manufacturing processes and analytical methods for CAR-CIK cell therapy aimed at treating B-cell malignancies and solid tumors. Previous roles include Senior Scientist at Argos Therapeutics from December 2013 to December 2018, Scientist at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from October 2009 to January 2014, and Postdoctoral Research Associate at Oakwood Healthcare from September 1997 to June 2004. John holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from UT Southwestern Medical Center and a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
