Amanda Baratz

Amanda Baratz is currently the Director and Associate General Counsel at Coinbase, a role they began in 2025. Previously, they served as Senior Counsel - Corporate at Snowflake from 2021 to 2023. Amanda has held various legal positions, including Corporate Counsel and Law Clerk at Marquee Law Group APC, and has experience as a Co-Coordinator at Peer Health Exchange. They earned their Bachelor of Science from UCLA and their Juris Doctor from UC Davis School of Law, where they were also a Teaching Assistant.
