Carly Dooley

Carly (DeBeikes) Dooley is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public policy and communications management. Currently serving as the Communications Manager for Policy & Public Affairs at Coinbase since September 2025, Carly has previously held senior communications roles at Truist and Current. Prior to those positions, Carly worked at Uber for over six years, advancing from an Executive Assistant to a Communications Manager. Carly began a career in communications and public affairs as an Executive/Press Assistant and Staff Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives. Carly earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy, Planning, and Development from the University of Southern California and studied briefly at Charles University in 2011.
