Christopher Ian Itona

Christopher Ian Itona, CLDP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance and learning and development roles across leading companies. Currently serving as the Senior Lead for Compliance L&D at Coinbase since May 2022, Christopher oversees the TMS/AML program within the Customer Experience team. Prior to this role, Christopher held positions at Meta, including Lead for Compliance L&D and Learning Business Partner at Novi Philippines. Experience at Netflix as APAC Program Manager for Learning & Development included additional leadership roles in employee engagement. Other notable positions include Supervisor of Training & Development at GoPro, Curriculum Developer/Training & Development Specialist at IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Operations Trainer at West Corporation. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
