Daniel Chu is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in growth engineering and digital platforms. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Growth Engineering at Coinbase since August 2025, Daniel leads initiatives in Growth and App Infrastructure. Prior experience includes co-founding and serving as Executive Chairman and CEO of MakersPlace, a leading NFT marketplace from May 2018 to October 2025, and holding multiple leadership roles at Pinterest from May 2012 to April 2018, where contributions drove significant user growth.
