Dugan Bliss

Dugan Bliss is a seasoned attorney currently serving as Senior Director and Associate General Counsel for Litigation at Coinbase since September 2022. Prior to this role, Dugan held a similar position at BlockFi from June 2021 to August 2022 and served as Senior Trial Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from September 2010 to June 2021. Dugan began his legal career as an Associate at Quinn Emanuel (September 2003 - April 2005) and Hogan Lovells (May 2005 - September 2010). Educational credentials include a J.D. from Yale Law School (2000 - 2003) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from The George Washington University (1996 - 2000), with additional studies at King's College London in 1998.
