Gaurav Kumar

Gaurav Kumar is a Data Scientist with extensive experience in the automotive sector, currently employed at Coinbase since May 2022 and previously at KPIT from June 2018 to April 2022. Gaurav's work at KPIT involved significant projects such as fault detection and classification for electric vehicles and predictive analytics for spark plug lifespan, utilizing advanced machine learning techniques and automation on platforms like Azure. Prior to this, Gaurav held a research intern position at KPIT, where critical contributions to real-time fault detection systems were made. Additionally, Gaurav has demonstrated leadership as Head Campus for the Entrepreneurship Cell at IIT Kanpur, orchestrating various initiatives to foster entrepreneurship, achieving considerable growth in event participation. Gaurav holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Sciences from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and a Deep Learning specialization from Deeplearning.ai.
