Heather Ham

Heather Ham currently serves as a Corporate Paralegal for Governance at Coinbase, beginning in July 2024. Previously, Heather worked as a Paralegal at Bridge Investment Group, supporting corporate governance for over 2,000 entity units and handling various compliance and documentation responsibilities. Prior to that role, Heather was a Transaction Manager at Lotus Company, overseeing contract processes for acquisitions and dispositions. Heather also gained extensive experience as a Transaction Coordinator at Colliers, where responsibilities included processing commissions and auditing closings for a major commercial real estate firm. Earlier career roles include serving as an Executive Assistant at CBC Advisors, an extern at Riverside Mortgage, and an intern at Acadia Healthcare. Heather holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
