HR M&A Deal Lead John Boyce has extensive experience in leading M&A integrations and has guided leadership teams in domestic and international acquisitions and divestitures, notably at Intel Corporation. John previously worked as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they supported strategic initiatives across various technology sectors, and as an Employee Engagement Manager at Gallup, focusing on improving employee satisfaction. Currently, John serves as the Deal Lead for HR M&A and International Expansion at Coinbase. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Creighton University and a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Denver.
