Julia Rosin

Julia Rosin is an accomplished public policy professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the LATAM Policy Manager at Coinbase since October 2025, Julia previously held the position of Head of Public Policy at Bitso and Public Policy Lead at Rappi. Julia's earlier career includes significant roles at Movile as a Senior Analyst in Public Policy & Regulatory, and at PATRI, where Julia led government relations for States and Municipalities. Additionally, Julia served in various advisory and strategic planning roles within the Municipal Secretariat of Innovation and the Municipal Secretariat for Human Rights of São Paulo. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Leadership and Public Management from the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from Universidade Federal do ABC.
