Kim T. has a diverse professional background, currently serving as the Head of Operations, Germany at Coinbase since June 2021, with previous roles as Outsourcing Officer and Operations Manager. Prior to Coinbase, Kim held the position of Sales & Key-Account Manager for Spot Power Trading at European Energy Exchange AG from October 2019 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes an internship at Lufthansa Group's Executive Board Office in 2019, focusing on HR Group Strategy and Portfolio Management, as well as a summer internship in Communications at the German Marshall Fund of the United States in July 2016. Kim holds a Master's degree (Hon) in International Management from King's College London (2018-2019) and a Bachelor's degree (Hon) in International Studies & Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte (2014-2018).
