Brock joined Coinbase from Citadel in 2019, where he served as MD & CPO. In total he has more than 20 years of experience in talent. Before Citadel he served as VP, Global Talent Group & People Infrastructure at Red Hat, where he spent +8 years.

At Coinbase Brock is responsible for recruitment as well as internal cohesion during rapid scaling.
