Lailey Rezai

Lailey Rezai is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in capital markets transactions and corporate law. Currently an Associate at Fenwick & West since September 2020, Lailey advises issuers and underwriters on various capital markets activities, ensuring compliance with SEC reporting and corporate governance. Previous experience includes serving as a Secondee, Corporate Counsel at Coinbase, and as an Associate at Mayer Brown and Morrison & Foerster LLP, where Lailey represented clients in public offerings, private placements, and compliance matters.
