Larissa Rainey

Larissa Rainey is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CHRO and Program Manager for Learning & Development at Coinbase, where responsibilities include leadership development and overseeing Crypto University initiatives since February 2020. Prior to this role, Larissa held various positions at Flexport, including Program Manager and Senior Specialist in Talent Management from April 2018 to February 2020, where contributions focused on employee engagement and recruiting programs.
