Molly Shields

Molly Shields, CAP®, currently serves as the Head of Institutional Account Management for the Americas at Coinbase, where Molly leads a team of experienced Prime Brokerage Institutional Account Managers supporting high-profile clients such as asset managers, banks, corporate entities, family offices, pensions, endowments, and foundations. Previously, Molly held senior roles at Fidelity Investments, including Senior Account Manager and Director of Business Development for Fidelity Digital Asset Services, with a focus on digital assets and the blockchain technology ecosystem. Additional experience includes strategic account management at Fidelity Charitable, as well as roles in mutual fund wholesaling, investment product marketing, equity sales trading, and marketing consulting across various financial institutions. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from Marquette University.
