Nicholas Tan is a Senior Recruiter at Coinbase since February 2022, focusing on experienced hiring for Engineering and Non-Engineering roles across APAC, as well as managing the APAC Emerging Talent Program. Previously, Nicholas served as a Recruiting Business Partner at Gojek, overseeing Leadership and technical hiring, and as a Talent Acquisition APAC Channels Specialist at Google, where successful sourcing efforts led to the recruitment of over 100 Engineers amidst rapid expansion. Earlier consulting experience at Morgan McKinley involved managing recruitment life cycles in Project & Change Management, while internships at OCBC Bank and Accenture provided insights into UAT testing and deployment processes. Nicholas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management from Singapore Management University and has also studied at Luiss Guido Carli University.
