Nicole O'Donnell

Nicole O'Donnell, MBA, is an experienced leader in workforce management, currently serving as Manager of WFM Planning and Strategy at Coinbase since March 2022. At Coinbase, Nicole has successfully led initiatives in headcount planning, global hiring, and process improvements while implementing Lean Six Sigma programs and managing vendor contracts. Previous roles include Planning Solutions Manager at Webhelp, where Nicole transitioned new business to ongoing teams, and Manager of Workforce Management at Mercy Health, overseeing forecasting and contact center productivity. Nicole's earlier career encompassed various positions in workforce management and business analytics across organizations such as Cornerstone Brands, Luxottica, and Axcess Financial. Nicole holds an MBA from Xavier University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance from the University of Cincinnati and The Ohio State University.
