Paul also holds the position of Director at Epiq since December 2020 and Director of the Nomination and Governance Committee at the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley since May 2020. Previously, Paul served as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Facebook and as a United States Magistrate Judge at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. Grewal has a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
