Shalin Pei

Shalin Pei is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design across leading tech companies. Currently, Shalin serves as the Director of Product Design for Wallet at Coinbase, having progressed from the role of Senior Product Design Manager. Prior to Coinbase, Shalin worked at Facebook in various capacities, including Product Design Manager for Spark AR and Location Platform, where responsibilities included building AR experiences and guiding location-aware product design across multiple platforms. Earlier experience includes roles at Google as a UX Designer for Search, where Shalin contributed to enhancing the search engine's capabilities, and positions at Idea Integration, Interlevel Technologies, and FAQQLY.com that involved web and graphic design. Shalin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology and Computing from UCLA.
