Stephen Gilson

Stephen Gilson is currently a Sr. Trial Counsel at Coinbase, where they focus on litigation. They teach Professional Responsibility Law at Georgetown University Law Center and have previously served as an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Stephen's past experience includes being an Assistant United States Attorney and Associate Legal Counsel at the University of Pittsburgh. They have also worked at Kaiser PLLC and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, where they specialized in high-stakes litigation and government investigations. Stephen began their career as a Teach for America Corps Member, where they contributed to significant literacy improvements among students.
