Tara Steinbauer

Tara Steinbauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as Global Senior Manager for Customer Experience Learning and Development at Coinbase since June 2021, Tara has also held various leadership roles at Compass since June 2018, including National Senior Manager of Customer Experience and National Manager of Operations Programs. Previously, Tara gained valuable experience at Freeosk, Inc. as Senior Manager of Operations, and at Target as Executive Team Leader in Logistics & Operations and Guest Experience. Tara's early career included positions at InContext Solutions as Client Development Manager and Project Coordinator.
