Lisa Lyons

Lisa Lyons is an experienced legal operations professional currently serving as the Legal Operations Manager, Assistant Company Secretary, and Senior Corporate Paralegal at CoinFlip since October 2021. In this role, Lisa has successfully overseen the corporate governance program, which includes the selection and implementation of software systems such as Computershare's GEMS and Diligent Boards. Prior to CoinFlip, Lisa worked at James Hardie from May 2002 to October 2021, where responsibilities included serving as the Assistant Company Secretary for North America entities and managing systems for matter and contract management. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Chapman University, along with certifications in Contract Management and a Paralegal Certificate from California State University campuses.
