Daniel Hum

Daniel Hum is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in leading technical teams and developing innovative solutions. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at CoinGecko since July 2021, Daniel heads the engineering team for GeckoTerminal.com, a decentralized exchange tracking and charting platform. Prior to this role, Daniel co-founded Burpple and held the position of CTO, where significant contributions included building and scaling mobile applications and establishing engineering best practices. Additional experience includes co-founding Dealzilla.sg and serving as an Infantry Specialist in the Singapore Armed Forces. Daniel's professional journey began with an internship at Microsoft, where experience was gained in software testing and automation. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Purdue University.
