Ben Enea

Ben Enea has over 8 years of experience in the compliance and transaction monitoring field. Ben began their career in 2013 as an IT Support at APAC Customer Services and an Intern at the Yorkville Police Department. In 2014, they joined BNY Mellon as a Compliance Analyst II and an AML Specialist, where they analyzed bank activity and investigated bank transactions. In 2018, they moved to Xapo as a Compliance Analyst, where they reviewed new customers and conducted Anti-Money Laundering investigations. In 2020, they joined Binance.US as a Transaction Monitoring Manager and Compliance Analyst. Ben is currently employed at Coinme as a Senior Compliance Manager and Uphold Inc. as a Transaction Monitoring Manager, both since 2022.

Ben Enea obtained their Bachelor's degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from Utica University in 2013. Ben then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Investigations from the same university, which they completed in 2016. In April 2022, Ben obtained their Chainalysis KYT Certification (CKC) from Chainalysis Inc.
