Jon Demko

Jon Demko has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1997 with their role as Executive Sous Chef at John Harvards Brew House. Jon then moved to Five Seasons Family Sports Club in 1998 as Executive Chef. In 2000, they became Corp/Executive Chef at Liquid Living. In 2004, they joined Mog Sales LLC as Executive Sales Director. In 2006, they began working at Gordon Food Service as Customer Development Specialist. In 2015, they were appointed Director of Business Development at Kappus Company. In 2018, they became COO/Co-Founder at Hash One LLC. Most recently, in 2020, they began working at Atlas Power LLC as COO.

Jon Demko attended Bay High School from 1989 to 1993, where they completed college preparatory courses. Jon then attended Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts and Business. Jon is currently enrolled at Cleveland State University, where they are studying Business Administration and Management, General.
