Tero Moilanen

Tero Moilanen has a diverse range of work experience. Tero began their career at SOK, the largest retailer in Finland, where they held various positions in their service center for a total of 25 months, primarily during their university study years. In 2017, they joined Coinmotion, a leading Bitcoin service provider in the Nordics, as a Customer Service Manager, responsible for customer service coordination and development, as well as compliance and data protection matters. In 2018, they worked as an Interim Compliance Officer at Prasos Ltd. At Coinmotion, they later took on the role of Broker, and most recently, is working as a Compliance and Fraud Specialist. Additionally, at Coinmotion, they served as a Health and Safety Representative, ensuring a safe working environment by identifying hazards, assessing risks, providing training on safe working practices, monitoring compliance with safety guidelines, and staying up-to-date with new legislation. Overall, Tero Moilanen has demonstrated a strong background in customer service, compliance, and safety in their various roles.

Tero Moilanen pursued higher education starting in 2011 when they attended Centria University of Applied Sciences. During this period, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a field of study in Business Administration and Management. Their educational journey continued at the University of Vaasa from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Science in Economics. Their specialization at the university focused on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
