Ben Squibb has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ben is currently the Head of Web Development at COINS, where they focus on providing construction software solutions to improve business management. Prior to this, Ben served as the Head of Growth and Partnerships at Fibreway, where they played a key role in driving growth and establishing partnerships. As the Chief Technology Officer at Flipper, Ben oversaw the transition to a new engineering team and led the redesign of the platform for improved reliability and scalability. Ben also defined the product roadmap to ensure innovation and competitiveness.

Ben has also worked as a Freelance Consultant for multiple companies, providing valuable advice and developing value-added services. In their role as Chief Architect at Systopia International, Ben led the architectural design of software and cloud infrastructure. Ben successfully migrated clients to a new private cloud infrastructure, reducing costs and improving resiliency.

Furthermore, Ben worked as a Freelance Consultant for multiple companies, where they provided platform deployment advice and designed and implemented telecoms protocol stacks. As the Chief Technology Officer at Marr Group, Ben introduced authentication products to the Chinese market and managed software development teams across different locations.

Early in their career, Ben worked as a Senior Support Engineer at Telesoft Technologies, gaining experience in carrier-grade switching and monitoring systems. Ben also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Symantec and a Software Engineer at Axent Technologies, where they developed networking products and acquired knowledge in network security and access control.

Ben Squibb attended Weymouth College from 1992 to 1994, where they pursued a BTEC National Diploma in Computing. In 2022, they obtained a Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor certification from Pearson UK.
