Richard Vale has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Richard started their career in 1986 as an Analyst Programmer at ECMS and then moved to BAM Construct UK in 1988, where they worked as a Business Analyst and gained expertise in construction and property business processes. In 1995, Richard joined COINS as an Implementation and Pre-sale Consultant and progressively took on various roles, including Senior Product Manager, Account Manager, and Team Leader. Richard'smost recent role at COINS was as a Business Development Director for Home Builders, where they were responsible for sales management and strategy for the UK home building market. Throughout their tenure at COINS, Richard teamed up with IT professionals to develop and enhance the company's business system offering for the private home building industry, resulting in major clients such as Barratt, Taylor Wimpey, and Persimmon. Overall, Richard Vale has a wealth of experience in business development, account management, marketing, and product management.
Richard Vale attended the University of Birmingham, where they completed their education in 1986. Prior to that, they studied at Birmingham City University until 1985. Richard also attended Oaklands R.C. Comprehensive. In addition to their formal education, Richard obtained certifications in Prince 2 Project Management and Solution Selling from Sales Performance International.
