Tarun Kumar has four years of work experience. From 2021 to 2022, they were employed at Creative IK Technology, Dubai as a Marketing Specialist. In this role, they planned marketing initiatives and leveraged referral networks to promote business development, identified appropriate marketing channels and target customers for campaigns, and looked for new gaming agents from the targeted market, hiring, and managing their teams. Tarun was also employed at TX GROUP, DUBAI as a Costumer Relationship Executive from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they identified and converted crypto/blockchain projects for sponsorship at the icryptoexpo Dubai, connected with regional community and monitored competitors' trends and marketing plans to optimize strategy, and attended Blockchain/Fintech/Crypto Events live and virtually to network and promote the project and company. Lastly, from 2022 to 2022, they were employed at Coinstore.com as a Business Development and Listing Manager. In this role, they identified and converted Startups and ongoing Crypto projects from the UAE, Turkey, South Asia, etc to list on Coinstore through IEO and Listings, attended Blockchain events live and virtually to network and represent Coinstore, and connected with regional community and monitored competitor's trends and marketing plans to optimize strategy.

Tarun Kumar is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) at Delhi University, with a major in Business/Commerce, General. Tarun is also enrolled in a Diploma of Education program at Indira Gandhi National Open University, with a major in Modern Offices practice. Prior to this, they completed their Senior secondary from Central Board of Secondary Education, majoring in Commerce. Tarun also completed their Secondary from Central Board of Secondary Education.
