Dan Marinescu

Dan Marinescu has a broad range of work experience. Dan began their career in 2005 as a Research Assistant at FH-Wiesbaden, where they worked mostly on Web Services Security, Autonomic Computing and Virtualization. In 2008, they became a PhD Student and Teaching Assistant at Trinity College Dublin. From 2010 to 2022, they worked at FieldAware, where they held various roles including Data Science Team Lead, Mobile Team Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. Dan is currently employed at CoinTracker as a Software Engineer.

Dan Marinescu completed their education history with a PhD in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin in 2012. Prior to that, they earned an M. Sc. in Computer Science from Fachhochschule Wiesbaden in 2008. Dan began their education in 2001, graduating with a Diploma in Computer Science from Romania Jobs in 2005.
