Knut Vinger

Knut Vinger has a long and varied work experience. Knut began their career in 2004 as CTO & Founder at Wireless Entertainment Inc, where they developed the first mobile slot machine app, Teleslot. This app was granted a distribution license to Galaxy (Macau). In the same year, they also founded Norsk Mobil Reklame, a mobile advertising business. Here, they oversaw the full development of the platform and led a team of 10 programmers. In 2009, Knut became CTO at Nouvel Air Group Inc, where they focused on the development of IVR platforms, SMS payment systems, and VAS traffic. Knut worked with a team of 10 programmers and globally located commercial stakeholders. In 2017, Knut co-founded Coinweb | Blockchain, Unchained, where they served as Chief Scientist.

Knut Vinger studied at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 1997 to 2003, where they earned a degree in Microelectronics, specialising in evolvable hardware (AI) from the Dept. of Informatics. Knut then returned to UiO in 2003 and completed a degree in the Dept. of Informatics in 2004.
