Gianluca Capraro

Gianluca Capraro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, project management, and product development. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at CoLab Software since February 2025, Gianluca previously held the same title at SimuQuest, Inc. from September 2019 to February 2025, where responsibilities included managing customer relationships and optimizing the use of the UniPhi platform. Prior experience includes co-founding Toggle LLC and leading initiatives in product management and iOS development, as well as serving as a Product Manager and Specialist at Dish Network, where notable projects involved voice integration and product demonstrations. An early career at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) encompassed roles in smart manufacturing research and tactical applications engineering.
