CoLab Strategy (CoLab) is a social purpose consultancy partnering with local government and not-for-profit organisations to strengthen strategy, improve service delivery and achieve better community outcomes.

We help leaders set direction, align operating models to priorities, and design services that work—combining proven business frameworks with human-centred design methods. Our work spans strategy and planning, operating models, service design, impact measurement, stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.

With teams in Melbourne and Brisbane, we deliver projects nationally and are valued for structured problem-solving, strong stakeholder management, and practical recommendations that can be implemented.
