COlabs is a global location consulting company founded by Miranda Carnessale and Zippy Downing. With deep roots in studio filmmaking, international scouting, and industry education, COlabs connects film commissions and production service companies directly with top Hollywood decision-makers.

Based in Los Angeles, COlabs produces targeted networking events that place regional partners in direct conversation with the executives who greenlight major projects. We design, curate, and consult on full-scale FAM tours—from itinerary planning and narrative strategy to securing high-level guests and coordinating sponsorships to reduce cost. Our tours also include comprehensive marketing support: COlabs handles photography, videography, and on-the-ground content creation that clients can use for ongoing promotion, pitch materials, and international outreach.
