Hammad Ashraf is an accomplished marketing professional with a diverse background in performance marketing, CRM, and growth consulting. Currently serving as the CRM & Retention Lead at baraka (YC S21) and a Growth Consultant at COLABS, Hammad has also taken on roles as a Growth Advisor at Nutrilov and Pattern Technologies. Previous experience includes leading performance marketing efforts at SadaPay and Airlift Technologies, where Hammad focused on retention and acquisition strategies across multiple regions. Hammad holds a Bachelor's degree in Science & Engineering from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, complementing a strong foundation in mathematics and sciences from Nixor College and Army Public School, Saddar.
