Martin Laasma

Martin Laasma possesses extensive experience in education and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the CS Global Quality Lead and CS Senior Learning & Development Lead at Bolt since 2020, Martin has significantly improved internal hiring processes. Concurrently, Martin has been a freelance English and Estonian teacher with coLanguage since 2017. Previous positions include teaching English to children at Puxin Education & Technology Group and serving as a Drill Instructor in the Estonian Defense Forces. Martin's earlier involvement with AIESEC encompassed multiple leadership roles, including President, where strategic partnerships were established, and as Trainer, facilitating numerous conferences on leadership and project management. Educated at TalTech and Istanbul Kultur University, Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and graduated with a Golden Medal from Narva Vanalinna State School.
