Caroline Marx

Caroline Marx is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in international human resources management. Currently serving as DRH for the Keystone division at COLAS since March 2021, Caroline has a track record of implementing HR strategies and leading organizational change. Prior to COLAS, Caroline held various significant roles at Imerys, including DRH for Industrie France, where responsibilities included overseeing social relations for 30 industrial sites and 1,800 employees. Caroline also contributed as Transformation Officer and HR Director for Performance Additives at Imerys, managing international HR operations for the Talc & Wallastonite division. Earlier experience includes a tenure as VP HR & HSE in Building Systems at Norsk Hydro, where management of 3,000 employees and CSR initiatives were key focuses. The career began with a role as Secrétaire générale at UIMM MP, involving collective agreement negotiations. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in HR and Labor Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, along with additional qualifications in coaching and executive leadership.
