Caroline Millan

Caroline Millan is an experienced professional in communication and public relations, currently serving as a municipal councilor for Ville d'Issy-les-Moulineaux since March 2014, with specific roles in tourism, international relations, and communication. In addition to this position, Caroline is a territorial councilor for Grand Paris Seine Ouest (GPSO) since June 2020 and has held a significant role at COLAS as the head of studies and institutional relations since March 2018.
