Crystelle MURON has extensive experience in payroll and human resources management, currently serving as Gestionnaire paie at COLAS since April 2022, overseeing payroll for up to 450 employees using HR ACCESS. Prior roles include Gestionnaire RH at COLAS, managing personnel administration and payroll for 270 employees, and as a Consultante paie junior at Nibelis, handling payroll for 1,000 clients across various sectors. Work experience also includes positions at Groupe SNEF, Synchrone Fr, Apside, ALTEN, and DISTRIMAG, where responsibilities spanned payroll processing, compliance control, personnel administration, and training. Crystelle holds a degree in payroll management from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a BTS in Management Assistance from ISECC, complemented by a BAC in Accounting and Management.
