David Simoens has extensive experience in the field of human resources and decision-making systems, currently holding the position of ingénieur développement / run décisionnel RH at Colas since August 2005. Simoens initially served as a project manager, leading various HR and decision-making software developments, before becoming responsible for payroll/RH decision-making evolutions.
