Deffa Ka

Deffa KA currently serves as the Recruitment and Learning Manager / HRBP at COLAS, focusing on recruitment for key positions, staffing, and mobility for major projects, alongside overseeing a learning development plan for 115 employees, promoting diversity and inclusion, and managing HR strategy on an international scale across 50 countries.
