Marion Vial currently serves as the Head of the Health Prevention Security digital department at COLAS since September 2021, overseeing the development and implementation of digital tools for safety, managing business needs analysis, and leading an IT governance committee. Previously, Marion Vial was in charge of health and safety process digitalization at Audi Brussels in late 2020, focusing on the digitalization of product audits in battery production. An experience in quality assurance involved developing a VBA database for storing and processing quality audit results. Additionally, Marion Vial worked as a secondary school sciences teacher and has a strong educational background with a Diplôme d'ingénieur from EPF Engineering School and completion of CPGE focusing on mathematics, physics, and chemistry at Lycée Paul Cézanne.
