Nicolas Didier

Nicolas Didier is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the finance sector. Currently serving as the Country CFO for COLAS in Slovakia since July 2007, Nicolas is a member of the Board of Directors for all Colas entities in the country and oversees finance, accounting, audit, administration, HR, legal, and IT matters for four subsidiaries. Previously, Nicolas held key positions such as CFO for Romania Roads Construction, where responsibilities included accounting supervision, budget elaboration, and social plan implementation. Prior to COLAS, Nicolas was the Central Europe Administration and Finance Executive at Schneider Electric, managing finance teams and implementing reporting standards. Additional experience includes roles at Carrefour Ceska Republica as Country Asset Controller and at AXA Investment Managers as a Junior Economic Analyst. Nicolas is well-educated with degrees from HEC Paris, ACCA, Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, and emlyon business school.
