Philippe Bouve is the President of Colas Projects and has over 25 years of international experience in delivering complex infrastructure and energy projects. With a strong background in both corporate and project environments, they provide end-to-end leadership across the full EPC value chain. Philippe’s career includes senior roles at Saipem, Freyssinet International, and Colas, successfully managing multi-billion-dollar programs across various sectors. Currently engaged in transformative leadership at Colas, they continue to drive delivery excellence and oversee major projects. Philippe also holds an Executive Education Certification from HEC Paris.
